Houses to be home...
In Basaksehir Phase 5 there are houses for every people from all socio economic segments. For example Lale Houses has been constructed as 95 m2 to be offered to the citizens who does not have houses with a quality beyond the expectations. Also Çigdem Houses were designed for lower income families. In the Project, Kardelen Houses with 135 m2 area were planned for medium income family, and the large families would prefer Zambak Houses aiming to be sold to the high income generated people.
KİPTAŞ has created a difference through modern landscape architecture of the houses. Around the houses in the Phase 5, green areas, walking paths, and parks were taken very seriously into consideration. The residents of these buildings shall enjoy a calm life in their castles and shall have the opportunity to make sport. As it was conducted in all previous projects, KİPTAŞ has taken the earthquake fact into consideration consistently, and applied raft tunnel, tunnel mold, concrete test, foundation survey, control of the construction for compliance with earthquake laws. Exterior façade thermal insulation, car parks, child play zones, shopping centers, social fitting areas, and KİPTAŞ experience… They were all brought together in Phase 5 of Basaksehir.
