Başakşehir II. Phase, whose foundations were laid in 25 July 1996, consists of three different residential options spread over 35,2 hectares of land. In Başakşehir II. Phase a total of 2,304 apartments can be found in 62 blocks of 6, 8, 9 and 10 stories. In the II. Hoca Ahmed Yesevi Mosque,
Built on 3500 m2 enclosed area, with 3000 person capacity and has the appearance of a high mosque. Marble columns, large and small domes, marble arches connecting the columns are details that are worth noting in the mosque.
The residences were built using the tunnel formwork system on radial foundations after ground surveys. The blocks all have individual natural gas central heating.

In the Başakşehir II. Phase recreation area built on 79,306 m2 area, there are a cafeteria, ornamental pool, botanical garden, walking and promenade tracks, sitting groups, car parka (1027 car ) and sports fields ( astro turf football field, 2 basketball courts, 2 volleyball courts) and 8 children’s play grounds.
Nurettin Topçu Primary School
Nurettin Topçu Primary School that is rearing the next centuries with its select teaching staff and technological hardware has a 720 student capacity. Built by KİPTAŞ and transferred to the provincial National education Directorate the school was designed and implemented to develop our children in the best possible means and boasts 24 classes, a kindergarten, library, multipurpose salon, computer and science labs, painting work shop, cafeteria, a ceremonial area, a caretakers house, shelter, car park open air sports fields, and a play ground.
Müderris Halil Hilmi Mosque and Bazaar;
This is built on 919 meter square construction area as a mosque with commercial area, there is a main praying location of 236 capacity and a 25 person capacity final prayers section, 350 meter square courtyard and a fountain, a 195 person capacity ladies section. In the bazaar a market, pharmacy and 4 shops can be found.
