Başakşehir 4. Phase residences that have been built on 150 hectares of land was designed and implemented in 2 sections. I.Section is built on 114 hectares of land and consists of 159 blocks with 5.080 flats and 358 villas; this is a settlement area that appeals to different income groups with a total population of 27.000 people. The II. Section is built on 36 hectares of grounds and in addition to the social facilities that supplement the I. Section it consists of 52 blocks with 126 villas to a total of 2,142 flats; houses an approximate population of 10.000 people.
The 4. Phase residences where technology integrates with nature contains, kinder gardens, primary schools, high school, commercial center, mosque, cultural facilities, sports facilities walking tracks, vehicle paths, children’s recreational areas. In its construction the tunnel formwork systems on top of radial foundations whose resistance to earthquakes has been proven was implemented. The internal premises have been equipped in a style that meets all the expectations of contemporary people.
In the earthquake resistant villas a filler system was used in order to hide the beams. The terrace that integrates with the garden floor joins the building with the surrounding green area; while balconies on the first floor provide access to the outside for that floor the villas whose large and spacious areas accommodate crowded families also have car parks as well.

The school that takes its name from one of the leading names in Turkish Literature of deceased Ahmet Kabaklı, consists of 3 blocks and 64 classes in addition to a multi purpose salon. The Ahmet Kabaklı Primary School that was donated in a ready start condition to National Education Ministry possesses foreign language labs, computer, physics, chemistry and biology labs and workshops for music, art, and branches. The school was designed down to finest details in order to enable our children to get a good education.
İkitelli 4. Phase bazaars have been designed on central basis for easy access and in order to meet social requirements of the site residents. Open and closed car parks have been provided, taking the traffic into account. The bazaars house pharmacies, patisseries, and fast food areas. In the 21st area there are 17 very special villas designated as A and B type of 407 and 371 meter square capacity. These villas stand out due to locations and details.
In the 21. Area, the bazaar consists of three blocks of three stories each. The floors which have been designed for various professional groups such as doctors, lawyers and other occupational groups as offices have been designed to meet every type of requirement. The fact that the ground floor has been designated as shops provides a visual totality to the project.
Başakşehir High school;
KİPTAŞ which has constructed 7 schools in 7 years showed its open support to education again in 2002-2003. Başakşehir High School, which cost 2.356.000 Dollars, consists of 3 blocks and a multi purpose salon on 13.207 meter square grounds. Inside the school there are 24 classrooms, 10 private classrooms, a library, computer lab, 2 sports salons, social activity rooms, administrative offices and asocial sciences lab. With Başakşehir High School, KİPTAŞ's contribution to national education has reached a total of 10.522.878 Dollars.

A shopping mall that ranges from food to clothing to furniture to electronic goods that is able to meet the requirements of Başakşehir residents is built on 13.257 m2. Consists of 2 basement floors, ground floor, 3 additional stories and a roof.
Vadi Shopping Mall,
Contains a market, 4 cinema salons >, 6 fast food premises, 42 shops and a restaurant. In Istanbul while the difficulty of accessing shopping malls and the associated parking problem is experienced, in Başakşehir this has been resolved internally which has made it an exemplary residential area.
Water Valley,
This has been constructed as recreation area spread over5000 m2 area ,extending over 5 km. where open and closed different services are on offer .
