BASAKSEHIR WATER VALLEY PROJECT WAS OPENED ON SATURDAY 28 JUNE 2008 THROUGH THE PARTICIPATION OF OUR PRIME MINISTER

CULTURE CENTER
Basaksehir Culture Center was founded on an area of 4,840 m2 in the IInd phase of Basaksehir Project. In the center having 3 basement and ground floor there are a conference room with 200 capacity, a multipurpose hall, and 6 workshops. There are also equipments to provide realization for culture center, theater, conference, concert, exhibition, and any kinds of cultural activities. Through the cultural center, the residents in Basaksehir shall not need to go hundreds of kilometers for cultural activities
YOUTH CENTER
It has been constructed and equipped to allow youngsters to join any activity they desire and to focus on the issues in the area of the interest pursuant to the requirements of the modern architecture. It has total area of 2205 m2. It consists of 1 basement, 1 ground floor and a story on it. It has the required infrastructures for the youngsters through a conference hall of 207 persons, a multi-purpose hall, an exhibition hall, library, 8 workshops, and 2 gymnastic hall, tennis court, volleyball and basketball fields.
WALKING PATHS
A healthy life and healthy generation have become the first philosophy of
Kiptaş in all residential projects. As it was performed in all projects, the walking paths arranged in Water Valley through duly care consist of an area of 20,534 km2. Through the ways passing through green fields, creek, pool and other beautiful structures, children families, friends in Basaksehir shall enjoy the walking in a safe environment...
TURF
The activity areas in Water Valley are so orderly and have many alternatives! One of these activity areas is turf. Open air sport area in which each tiny detail has been solved to insure youngsters to sport and be in a desirable environment.
CREEKS
It is amazing to see the ducks swimming in the creeks, or to sail a paper boat… To throw bait to the fishes in it… To join the nature and to get power from the nature. The creeks covering 854 m2 area are candidate for being calm waters of life or the joy of life.
MULTI STORY CAR PARK
In our city life, one of the most important problems of the city residents is traffic and parking problem. However, the car park shall eliminate this problem through its multi story service areas, and allow the guests to enjoy life in Basaksehir. The Car Park has a closed service area for 157 vehicles, and open service area for 87 vehicles. It consists of 2 basements.
VALLEY SHOPPING CENTER
The shopping center with an area of 13,527 m2 was constructed to serve all needs of the residents in Basaksehir from food to wears, electronics or furniture. In the shopping center having 2 basements, a ground floor and 3 over ground stories as well as a roof floor in order to provide joyful shopping experience to children, adults, and elderly people; there are 1 super market, 4 theaters, 6 fast food places, 42 stores, and 1 restaurant.
In the center providing comfortable and joyful shopping center, Basaksehir residents may go for dinner out ır rest for peace. In the theater saloons constructed with modern approach they can watch movies in accordance with their desires.
POOLS
Pools prepared in various sizes are ideal for those desiring to enjoy the pool. The pools hosting the pool meetings, walkabouts around it as the “must be” of the modern cities change the face f the Water Valley in modern sense.
GREEN FIELDS
To take a deep breath! To catch all the colors of the green in order to see the peace. To smell the flowers on the grass! They are all missing pieces for the city residents. Not for Basaksehir residents, of course… The green areas of 45,723 m2 and the trees elected exclusively are candidates for the specially designed green areas of the future.
HOCA AHMET YESEVİ MOSQUE
The mosque having a closed area of 3,500 m2 has an appearance of Ulucami. Two minarets of the mosque resemble the mosques of the Sultan’s family in the Ottoman Period. The marble colons, various domes, and marble arcs connecting the colons to each other are most interesting details in the structure. In the structure, the esthetic is attained through symmetry. It can host 3000 people. The front and back gardens are arranged to allow the people to sit and talk each other and to be in tranquility. The structure has a basement and a ground floor.
İMAM-I AZAM (the Great Imam) MOSQUE
It is located in the Phase 5 of Basaksehir. It is 2,500 m2 and may provide area for praying for 2000 people. There is an entrance on the front with arc and porch, 2 basements, a ground floor, a place for the muezzin, and an atrium at the inner section. The mosque has 2 minarets and a house is provided for the Imam of the mosque.
BİLAL-İ HABEŞİ MOSQUE
It is located in the Phase 5 of Basaksehir. It is 760 m2 and may provide area for praying for 600 people. There is one basement, a ground floor, a place for the muezzin, and a house for staying of the Imam of the mosque. In the brass tablet hanged on the wall, the life story of Bilal-I Habeşi is written.
ŞEYH ŞAMİL MOSQUE
It is located in the Phase 5 of Basaksehir. It is 633 m2 and may provide area for praying for 500 people. There is one basement, a ground floor, a place for the muezzin, and a house for staying of the Imam of the mosque.
SÜLEYMAN ÇELEBİ MOSQUE
It is located in the Phase 5 of Basaksehir. It is 730 m2 and may provide area for praying for 600 people. There is one basement, a ground floor, a place for the muezzin, and a house for staying of the Imam of the mosque.
ENSAR MOSQUE
It is located in the Phase 5 of Basaksehir. It is 1000 m2 and may provide area for praying for 870 people. There is one basement, a ground floor, a place for the muezzin, and a house for staying of the Imam of the mosque. In the brass tablet hanged on the wall, the life story of Ensar is written.

Cafeteria with Camellia
The building constructed in green fields provides an ideal environment for resting and conversations. The total area is 310 m2. There is a basement and ground floor.
Amphitheater
The Amphitheater constructed to provide an exclusive audio system from the old ages has 1440 m2 of area.
The open area is 1065 m2 and the closed area is 375 m2 in the building. It has a capacity of 1200 persons.
Buffet - Bar
It has been constructed as a small and sincere area. It has a circle shape and has an area of 113 m2. There are closed and open areas.
Space Restaurant
It has total area of 1173 m2. It shall be the meeting point for Basaksehir residents trough its tasty foods and wide sitting areas. It has a basement, ground floor, and suspended floor, and it has a modern architecture and interior decoration.
Café Restaurant
It has green field at three sides, and allow the guests to see the view at any place inside. It has closed and open areas with its total area of 1158 m2. It may provide services for 1000 people. It has the required comforts and facilities to host the wedding seremonies
(Countryside Café)
It was constructed on an area of 160 m2 in green, trees, and flowers.
Car Park
Water Valley was designed to allow children, youngsters and adults to enjoy their time in joy and to eliminate any problem from the place in joy times and stylish environments. The car parking needs of the guests visiting Basaksehir has been solved functionally. A second car park area with 185 vehicles is located near Uzay Restaurant.
Revan Köşk (Mansion)
Revan mansion has been re-designed in accordance with the contemporary architecture, and it has an area of The sitting and resting places equipped with sofas (sedir) create nostalgia and shall allow people to experience comfortable times.
Buffet
It has been constructed as a place in which small shopping may be conducted. The architecture complies with round shapes generally used in Water Valley.
Rustic Fountain
In many of the fountain samples coming to our age, a new one is being added. With a beauty that the history shall write in time… The beauty shall last with the good prayers of the users of the fountain…
